Taking care of the needs of employees and business partners in such a varied and intense field can be a very challenging task. Urška’s role in the company is to take up tasks like this and others. Beside making sure that all employees are motivated and the day to day operations are executed flawlessly, she is also responsible for obtaining corporate certificates such as a Certificate of a Socially responsible employer. In addition to that she is trying to execute new practices to cater to the ever-growing presence of gender neutrality and sustainability while keeping the standards of the company at the highest level.  

Urška is the first to admit that this is only possible because of the involvement and support from the management and is already looking forward to new possibilities of showing the company’s efforts to offer premium experience to both employees as well as business partners.
