WOMEN ROLE MODEL

Several studies show the effectiveness of role modeling in fostering women’s talent and encouraging young girls to pursue technical and scientific careers. Similarly, giving visibility to women working in cybersecurity would show young girls that women are present in the field and that a career path in that direction is both a realistic and attractive option.

To implement a role model action in cybersecurity, we asked women in the CONCORDIA consortium to step forward. We asked them to participate in a gallery of CONCORDIA’s women postcards.
